The following price structure relates to summary only motoring matters under the RTA 1988, s89 RTA 1984. This includes driving a motor vehicle in a manner contrary to law, careless driving, driving under the influence of excess alcohol and speeding offences:

The below is for representation at court only, consideration of initial disclosure, and any other evidence and provide oral advice, it does not include taking and drafting witness statements. we will explain the court procedure to you, so that you know what to expect on the day and sentencing options. We will attend court on the day, meet with you and take any follow up instructions from you.

1st Hearing / case ends on the first date £650 Fixed

Special Reasons argument £700 Fixed

Fully contested trial on second hearing date £1500 Fixed

Single minor hearings in course of ongoing case £400 half a day or £600 full day

If no fixed price agreed £250 an hour

Sentence hearing £500 half a day, £950 full day

Crown Court Cases to be agreed on a case by case basis

If advice is required on appeal this will require additional cost

If the case results in a conviction for a guilty plea, or a finding of guilt at trial, the court may decide to sentence you on another day and this will require additional cost.
